This fixed price covers the design and file preparation only for the specific ad size listed. The core deliverable is one Publishing Ready file (for print or digital). Your price includes Two Rounds of Minor Revisions to ensure the design meets your vision and all technical specifications.
What is Excluded: The service does not include ad concept strategy, professional copywriting, original photography, illustration, or stock photo licensing. These are available separately under our Make it Better add-ons. Due to the custom work involved, we do not offer refunds once the project has begun.

To ensure a smooth, fast, and flawless design process, please have the following ready to send us right after you place your order:
Your Logo: We need the highest quality version available. Please provide a Vector File (AI or EPS) for perfect scalability, or a large, transparent PNG file (300 DPI minimum).
Your Text (Copy): All final, proofread words—this includes your headlines, main message, contact info, and website. (We treat this as final text, so please check it twice!)
Your Image(s): High-quality photos or graphics (300 DPI or higher). We accept formats: JPEG, TIFF or PNG.
Publisher Specs: The Ad Requirements PDF or link from the magazine or newspaper. This gives us the exact size and color settings needed for your final file.

Draft: We send you the initial draft of your Ad.
Review: You review the design and provide any initial feedback.
Refine (Included): We make up to Two Rounds of Minor Revisions based on your feedback.
Final Delivery: We send you the press-ready file!
