We have done a lot of research before we chose our production partners, to ensure the companies we work with provide quality products and services to our community. Before each order is shipped, a 3-step quality check is preformed by our production partner.

Prevent Returns

Returns are a waste of resources. They cost time, money and create frustration for consumers. We encourage our community to practice mindfulness during the purchasing process.

Please read product information carefully before placing the order. We strive to provide simple and clear product descriptions, and please feel free to contact us if there is anything we can do to enhance your buying experience.

During checkout, please make sure that you’ve added the correct address and  ZIP code. For verification, you can use USPS ZIP Code Look Up.

What Can be Returned

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within a weeks' time) if the product is defective, misprinted, mislabeled, wrong order, or damaged during shipping, we will assist you to arrange a free replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

We do not offer exchanges and returns for buyer’s remorse.

How to Return

To start a return, send your request to ruruflo8@gmail.com, with a photo of the product, a description about the problem, your order number and the receipt. When your return is accepted, a reshipment free of charge or a refund will be sent to you using your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Non-returnable Items

We do not offer returns for the following products:

  • Digital downloads
  • Original artworks
  • Special orders or personalized products
  • Gift cards
